Open myjio app on your phone and sign in with your number.
Click on Recharge
Now select Prime Membership Plan.
Pay Rs. 99 using your Credit/ Debit Card

Become a prime member using Website

Go to this link click here.
Enter your number and hit submit.
Choose jio membership of rs. 99. (Probably first one)
Click on checkout.
Pay Rs. 99 via wallet or Debit/Credit card or by using internet banking.
After Payment, the service will be activated on your number for 1 year.

Get Enroll in prime membership from Jio Store

Go to the retailer shop.
Then ask the executive to join offer.
Tell him/her your number and pay Rs. 99 so that they will enroll you in the offer.
